Formatting After Acceptance

Following acceptance, authors are required to provide an editable Microsoft Word or LaTeX source file suitable for publication production. The accepted manuscript should be clearly organized and appropriately formatted, including the text, tables, figures, references, author information, and required publication statements.

Authors are not required to reproduce the journal's final typesetting or page layout. The journal will apply the final publication layout during production.

Authors who are able to prepare the accepted manuscript themselves may submit the required editable Word or LaTeX files at no additional charge.

Authors who require professional assistance with formatting, technical preparation, LaTeX typesetting, or preparation of publication-ready files may request the journal's optional Publication Production and Technical Service. A charge of USD 50 per manuscript applies for this optional service, in addition to the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC).

Use of the optional production service is not a condition of acceptance or publication and does not influence editorial decisions.

Peer Review

Manuscripts are initially assessed by the editorial office for scope, suitability, originality, ethical compliance, and basic scholarly quality. Manuscripts selected for external review are normally evaluated by at least two independent external reviewers using a single-anonymous peer-review process.

Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or a formally designated editor.

Research Ethics

Authors are responsible for ensuring that research complies with applicable ethical, legal, institutional, and professional requirements. Research involving human participants, identifiable personal information, animals, or other ethically sensitive materials must include appropriate ethical approval or an applicable exemption where required.

Authorship

All listed authors must have made a meaningful contribution to the work and must approve the submitted and final versions. Individuals who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.

Conflict of Interest and Funding

Authors must disclose financial, professional, personal, institutional, or other interests that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research or its interpretation. All sources of financial or other support must be disclosed.

Data Availability

Authors should provide a Data Availability Statement where applicable. Supporting data, code, materials, or other research resources are encouraged to be made available through an appropriate repository where ethically, legally, and technically possible.

Plagiarism and Research Integrity

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate image manipulation, authorship misconduct, or other forms of research or publication misconduct. Similarity-detection tools may be used as part of editorial screening. A similarity percentage alone does not establish plagiarism.

Artificial Intelligence

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, references, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts. AI tools may assist with appropriate tasks but cannot be listed as authors. Substantive use of generative AI in manuscript preparation should be transparently disclosed where appropriate. AI must not be used to fabricate or falsify data, results, references, images, or other scholarly content.

References

Authors should provide complete and accurate references using a consistent scholarly reference style. Journal-specific reference formatting is not required at initial submission and may be applied during production after acceptance.

Copyright and Open Access

Articles are published as open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright in their work.

Post-Publication Corrections

Corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions may be issued when necessary to correct significant errors, unreliable findings, ethical violations, or research or publication misconduct.
