Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 120 (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

APC Waiver and Discount: Authors from countries classified by the World Bank as low-income economies are eligible to request a full APC waiver. Authors from lower-middle-income economies may be eligible for a partial APC discount. The eligibility of the corresponding author will be considered when assessing waiver or discount requests.

Waiver or discount requests should be made at the time of submission or before acceptance by contacting the editorial office at gypspublication@gmail.com or office@gpub.org using the corresponding author's institutional or professional email address. Requests should identify the author's country and briefly indicate the basis for the request.

All waiver or discount requests are considered independently of editorial assessment and peer review. The ability or inability to pay an APC does not influence editorial decisions.

Other Charges

Following acceptance, an optional Publication Production and Technical Service Charge of USD 50 per manuscript is available for authors who require professional assistance with technical layout, formatting, and preparation of the final publication files. This charge is not mandatory. Authors may prepare and submit their own final files in LaTeX or properly formatted Word format in accordance with standard scholarly guidelines at no additional charge.
