Author Guidelines
Current Research in Health Sciences (ISSN: 2584-1084) publishes original and high-quality research, reviews, clinical studies, case reports, and other scholarly contributions within health sciences and related fields.
Scope
The journal considers manuscripts covering medical and health sciences, clinical research, public health, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, healthcare, biomedical sciences, and related interdisciplinary areas.

Free-Format Initial Submission
Authors are not required to follow a specific journal template, typesetting style, or reference format for initial submission. Manuscripts may be submitted in any clear, consistent, and standard academic format suitable for editorial assessment and peer review.

Submission Requirements
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. The submitting author is responsible for confirming that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and its submission.
The manuscript must be original and must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal.
Authors should provide a cover letter and may suggest 3–5 independent potential reviewers. Suggested reviewers must have relevant expertise and institutional contact information. The Editor is not obligated to use suggested reviewers.
Formatting After Acceptance
Following acceptance, authors are required to provide an editable Microsoft Word or LaTeX source file suitable for publication production. The accepted manuscript should be clearly organized and appropriately formatted, including the text, tables, figures, references, author information, and required publication statements.
Authors are not required to reproduce the journal's final typesetting or page layout. The journal will apply the final publication layout during production.
Authors who are able to prepare the accepted manuscript themselves may submit the required editable Word or LaTeX files at no additional charge.
Authors who require professional assistance with formatting, technical preparation, LaTeX typesetting, or preparation of publication-ready files may request the journal's optional Publication Production and Technical Service. A charge of USD 50 per manuscript applies for this optional service, in addition to the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC).
Use of the optional production service is not a condition of acceptance or publication and does not influence editorial decisions.
Ethical Requirements
Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical requirements and, where required, receive approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board.
Where applicable, manuscripts must include the ethics committee name, approval/reference number, and an appropriate ethical approval or exemption statement.
Appropriate informed consent must be obtained where required. Case reports, clinical images, photographs, or other material containing potentially identifiable information must comply with applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Research involving animals must comply with applicable institutional and national animal-welfare requirements and should follow appropriate reporting standards, including ARRIVE where applicable.
Clinical Trial Registration
Clinical trials should be prospectively registered in an appropriate publicly accessible clinical trial registry where applicable. The registration number and registry name should be included in the manuscript.
Authorship
Authorship must accurately reflect substantial contributions to the research and manuscript. All authors must approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission and publication. Guest, gift, and ghost authorship are not permitted.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, professional, or other relationships that could reasonably influence the research or its interpretation.
If no relevant conflict exists, authors may state: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.
Funding
All sources of financial support must be disclosed. Where applicable, authors should state the role of the funding organization in the study design, data collection, analysis, manuscript preparation, and decision to submit.
Data Availability
Authors should provide a Data Availability Statement where applicable. Authors must not disclose confidential or personally identifiable information without appropriate authorization.
Reporting Guidelines
Authors should follow appropriate reporting guidelines according to the study design. Where applicable, relevant EQUATOR Network guidelines may include CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, STARD, and ARRIVE.
Plagiarism and Research Integrity
All submissions may be screened for plagiarism, inappropriate text reuse, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, image manipulation, and other forms of research misconduct.
The journal does not use an automatic fixed similarity-percentage threshold to determine plagiarism. Editorial assessment considers the nature, extent, location, and context of identified similarities.
References
References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they appear in the manuscript. Citation numbers should normally appear in square brackets, for example [1], [2–4], or [3,5]. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of references.
Artificial Intelligence
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, references, interpretation, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.
AI tools must not be listed as authors and must not be used to fabricate or falsify data, results, references, citations, images, or other scholarly content. Where substantial AI assistance has been used in manuscript preparation, authors should disclose the tool and its general purpose.
Peer Review
The journal uses a single-anonymous (single-blind) peer-review process. Manuscripts selected for external peer review are normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with appropriate subject expertise.
Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or by an Associate Editor or other formally designated editor acting under authority delegated by the Editor-in-Chief.
Copyright and Open Access
All published articles are made freely available online under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the work under the terms of the license.
Corrections and Retractions
The journal may publish corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when significant errors, ethical concerns, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or research misconduct affect the integrity of the published record.
