Manuscript Types and Scientific Quality
All submissions should present original, scientifically sound, and meaningful contributions appropriate to the journal's aims and scope.
References
References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they appear in the text. Citation numbers should normally appear in square brackets, for example [1], [2–4], or [3,5]. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all references.
Research Integrity
Authors must report research accurately and honestly. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, inappropriate data or image manipulation, duplicate publication, and other forms of research misconduct are not permitted.
Formatting After Acceptance
Following acceptance, authors are required to provide an editable Microsoft Word or LaTeX source file suitable for publication production. The accepted manuscript should be clearly organized and appropriately formatted, including the text, tables, figures, references, author information, and required publication statements.
Authors are not required to reproduce the journal's final typesetting or page layout. The journal will apply the final publication layout during production.
Authors who are able to prepare the accepted manuscript themselves may submit the required editable Word or LaTeX files at no additional charge.
Authors who require professional assistance with formatting, technical preparation, LaTeX typesetting, or preparation of publication-ready files may request the journal's optional Publication Production and Technical Service. A charge of USD 50 per manuscript applies for this optional service, in addition to the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC).
Use of the optional production service is not a condition of acceptance or publication and does not influence editorial decisions.
Human and Animal Research
Research involving human participants or animals must comply with applicable institutional, national, and international ethical requirements. Where applicable, the manuscript should provide the relevant ethics approval or exemption statement.
Where human participants are involved, appropriate informed consent and privacy protections must be observed.
Data and Computational Reproducibility
Authors should provide sufficient methodological, computational, algorithmic, software, or data information to enable appropriate evaluation and, where reasonably possible, reproduction of the reported work.
Where applicable, authors should provide a Data Availability Statement and identify relevant software, code, datasets, repositories, or computational resources.
Authorship
Authorship must accurately reflect substantial contributions to the research and manuscript. All authors must approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission and publication.
Guest, gift, and ghost authorship are not permitted.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose financial, institutional, personal, professional, or other relationships that could reasonably influence the research or its interpretation.
If no relevant conflict exists, authors may state: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.
Funding
All sources of financial support must be disclosed. Where applicable, authors should state the role of the funding organization in study design, data collection, analysis, manuscript preparation, and the decision to submit.
Plagiarism and Text Reuse
All submissions may be screened for plagiarism, inappropriate text reuse, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, image manipulation, and other forms of research misconduct.
The journal does not use an automatic fixed similarity-percentage threshold to determine plagiarism. Editorial assessment considers the nature, extent, location, and context of identified similarities.
Artificial Intelligence
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, references, interpretation, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.
AI tools must not be listed as authors and must not be used to fabricate or falsify data, results, references, citations, images, or other scholarly content.
Where substantial AI assistance has been used in manuscript preparation, authors should disclose the tool and its general purpose.
Peer Review
The journal uses a single-anonymous (single-blind) peer-review process. Manuscripts selected for external peer review are normally evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with appropriate subject expertise.
Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or by an Associate Editor or other formally designated editor acting under authority delegated by the Editor-in-Chief.
